Dr. Oxana Litvin

Camp Founder | STEM Educator

Dr. Oxana Litvine is a neuroscientist and STEM curriculum developer with over 25 years of combined experience in behavioral neuroscience research and advanced secondary education. Currently an AP Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Science Research teacher at a private college preparatory school in New York, she also serves the academic community as an AP Biology Reader, focusing her expertise on preparing students for advanced AP exams and higher education success.

Driven by a passion for hands-on, inquiry-based learning, Dr. Litvine founded Camp Tamias to cultivate outdoor exploration, coding, and scientific curiosity in young learners. Her background allows her to guide impactful classroom and camp projects, designing rare academic pathways that bring students' original research ideas to life and build foundational skills for their future academic journeys.
